Mason, New Hampshire a small middle-of-nowhere town has several places worth visiting. Pickity Place, a cottage built in 1786 houses a restaurant, bookstore, gift shop, garden shop and greenhouse and of course, the Red Riding Hood Museum. The cottage was represented in the book, "Little Red Riding Hood" as the setting for grandmother's house. Also in Mason is Parker's Maple Barn, an out of the way restaurant and maple sugar shack that draws people from all over for their famous breakfast.
