The town is built around and integral with The University of New Hampshire's Main Campus with Main Street running directly through the center of the campus, making it truly a New England college town. The landscape's heavily wooded and natural setting, with rolling hills and spectacular waterfront make it a favorite of home buyers in the seacoast.
