Fred Doleac, Broker/Owner and President

Fred Doleac is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business with a BS in Hotel Administration. He has thirty years experience as a real estate agent and twenty years as a RE/MAX Broker/Owner. He was ranked in the top 5% of RE/MAX agents worldwide, and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 1989, Fred created the Home Sale Guarantee (currently known as Equity Plus) financing program and obtained Fannie Mae approval -- the program eliminates contingency sales issues. He founded Virtual Homes in 2000 as an Internet Marketing System for real estate agents and loan officers. In 2004, he developed the Virtual Office concept and implemented it to a RE/MAX franchise in Boston, MA. Fred created VH LeadCentre (CRM solution) and VH LeadAlert (lead notification process) as tools to enhance lead follow-up and conversion. He is currently the President of Virtual Homes, Inc. which operates as an independent real estate company with a broker's license in four of the six New England states (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island). |

Lynda is a broker with twenty-five years of experience. She has extensive knowledge of new home construction and builder negotiations. She brings to each transaction a knowledge of the market as well as an unwaivering commitment to integrity, honesty, and customer service. Lynda recruits, trains, and manages all of our sales agents. Her goal is to provide agents with a high level of knowledge that will enable them to provide the same level of dedication and service to their customers. She is very hands-on as a manager and strives to provide the support agents need to be successful while providing the level of service that their clients deserve and expect. Lynda is a licensed broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. |
