Virtual Homes recently launched VH LeadAlert, a mobile lead notification system for the real estate and lending industry. The system’s intelligent software integrates with VH LeadCentre (CRM) for the processing and distribution of online leads generated through registrations on a website. The system has the option to distribute leads to single or multiple sources with acceptance capability for contact information.
Fred Doleac, CEO of Virtual Homes said, “Successful conversion of Internet leads is dependent upon an immediate response to the consumer who has registered for a service or information. Motivated consumers typically work with the first responder that follows up quickly and appropriately.”
VH LeadAlert features include:
· Various web form fields are sent via text message, email and populate the CRM within seconds of registration.
· Notification can be sent simultaneously to an unlimited number of agents. The first agent accepting the lead will receive the consumer’s contact information and request and block other agents responding.
· Agents can be notified one at a time with programmable limits for their response. If the agent does not respond in the appropriate time the lead will be sent to another agent for acceptance.
Doleac said, “The flexibility in the system allows the client to determine the business flow which is optimal for the company. The leads can go to a call center, individual agents or groups which insure that the consumer receives prompt attention.”
The system integrates easily with any web site and offers a variety of registration options. In addition, clients can manage the leads through the VH LeadCentre (CRM) database management system which includes auto-responders, drip email, blast email, call prompting and scheduled activities.
