Nashua, New Hampshire Homes and Condominium Activity (April-June)- 2009

Single Family Homes

The number of homes sold in 2009 as compared to 2008 (133) were nearly identical with 130 closed transactions.  The DOM improved from 102 to 97.  The average sales price dropped substantially (-14.5%) to $240,005.  We are in the second year of a declining market and statistics are consistant with other communities as reported in the  Hillsborough County Market Report.

 Condominiums

The number of condominiums sold in 2009 increased from 72 (2008) to 86 and the average days on the market improved to 105.  The average sales price declined slightly (-3%) from $188,421 to $182, 905.
