Kristin Gennetti was not only my realtor for the sale of my home but also for the purchase of my current home. Kristin advised us on how to stage our home so that it would be more appealing to buyers, this advise proved to be great because the house sold in 3 days. We did have 2 buyers, Kristin was able to advise us on which of the buyers were the best for closing the sale without having potential issues. The process went very well, Kristin was on top of every detail, kept everything and everyone organized which helped in keeping the stress to a minimum.We were so pleased by how Kristin handled the sale of our home that we decided to have her help us find our current home.Kristin helped us narrow down what we were looking for, she gave us great advise on different cities and towns. This helped us a great deal because we were looking to move out of our current city and move to an area we were not as familiar. Kristin did most of the leg work by filtering through homes that we may have thought were good potentials. She went on open houses and would let us know if the homes were worth a second look or not. Kristin not only looked at how many bedrooms we wanted or if we wanted a dining room or not she asked us questions that helped her find a home that would fit our families needs. She knew the type of neighborhood we wanted, our must haves and things we wouldn't compromise on. She did find us the perfect home. Again she was able to negotiate a price for us that was what we wanted to spend, she kept everything so organized and helped us through every step. When we felt a little stressed she helped reassure us that this was the normal process and not to worry. We are more than confident in saying that you will be in very good hands with Kristin. She is so professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, honest and a great person to work with.

I had the pleasure of first working with Kristin Gennetti over four years ago while looking to purchase my first condominium. Kristin was truly exceptional and I'm so lucky to have found her. Through pure luck Kristin Gennetti became my real estate agent. She worked as my selling agent on my existing home and also worked with me as purchasing agent when we bought our new home. With Kristins hard work and exceptional knowledge she set up our open house showed us exactly what we should do and when it should be done. We had two(2) offers at the open house and accepted a full price offer within two days. That said she was also working on our new home at the same time and this was also finalized in the same time frame.
With Kristin my best interest were always a priority. She called me almost everyday and kept me up to date on everything I had to do and when it should be done. She also kept me in check so that I received exactly what I was entitled. With Kristins guidance my home sold for a very good price and she worked to get me a very good price on my new home.
