Virtual Homes is an innovative company that evolved from a merger between former RE/MAX franchises and a leading Internet marketing company. As a real estate company, we offer full-service real estate brokerage services. We are lciensed in five New England states with agents servicing local markets in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. For 20 years, we operated as RE/MAX Country Properties in NH, and for 5 years, as RE/MAX Innovations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In mid-2009, we changed our name to Virtual Homes Real Estate.
There is a common misconception that because with have "virtual" in our name that we do not have a bricks and mortar location. Our corporate office is in Amherst, NH where we have operated for over 20 years and currently have 20+ agents servicing Southern New Hampshire.
We have an additional 37+ agents working remotely in their local markets in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Our virtual office concept allows our agents to provide the highest levels of service and support without being constrained by office location. The 'virtual' in our name describes the level of technology tools and services that we provide to both our agents and our clients, allowing them to work from anywhere and to reach out to customers across the globe. It does NOT describe our agents' relationships with their clients.

Weekdays: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

The Technology Company
Our technology company provides Internet marketing and technology tools to meet the needs to today's technology savvy consumers and agents. For consumers, we offer a real estate portal with resources for all of their home buying and selling needs. For agents, we provide in-house Internet marketing, lead generation, and Client Relationship Management tools. All tools are supported internally resulting in a higher level of service and response.
